The Customer Manager will cover the territory & surrounding area they are hired for in a given market. Develops relationships with store managers/personnel to achieve directed short and long-term performance objectives at assigned stores within a geographic territory. Activities center on wall-to-wall sales coverage including new item speed-to-shelf, schematic compliance, item and pricing surveys, promotion selling and product merchandising, resulting in incremental sales volume.
The ideal candidate is a highly self-motivated individual who will effectively represent our clients and sell their products in Natural and Specialty retailers. Candidates must be personable and highly organized.

The Business Manager work closely with the Director and Vice President, ADW vendors and customers’ personnel to increase sales. Under the direction of the Director, he/she executes the mutual business goals of ADW and assigned clients through aggressive selling, market research and new business development. The Business Manager will have financial accountability to an annual sales budget exceeding $25 million and will also be responsible for providing support functions related to sales.
The Senior Business Manager - Target is critical to the current and future growth and profitability of the Company. Role responsibilities include both headquarters selling on behalf of major CPG firms to Target as well as the development of new business relationships. The Senior Business Manager - Target is recognized by both the Management Committee and his/her peers as a key contributor to the organization.
As an integral part of the business team, the Assistant Business Manager will provide exceptional support and expertise to external customers. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen our services and capabilities with customer support including customer forms, data entry and reconciliation.
The Center of Excellence Specialist will provide the local markets and channels with retail support, training and guidance on NARS, APL, Content locker, Retail iQubed administration, and Retail Resource Center. This position will be responsible for meeting goals for productivity and compliance based on the metrics established by management; collaborate with peers, market representative, and channels to identify inefficiencies and submit recommendations to team; lead to improve inefficiencies as well as maintain and enforce published retail system processes.
In addition, this position will support the Salesforce CRM platform for the HQ Business Managers and Client Development Managers, Dovico time tracking support and HQ account team maintenance.

The Outside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for calling on independent stores to sell our products, present & get new items authorized, sell in promos, some merchandising. Follows our monthly priorities from the business managers for each client. Enter turnover orders for all stores visited so they can be forwarded to our distributors to be delivered. Help Coordinate store events such as anniversary sales, demos, new store openings, remodel expansions, etc with promotional selling/merch vehicles.
