The Administrative Assistant II is responsible for providing clerical support for management in a timely, accurate, efficient and professional manner. Overall, this individual maintains planners; coordinates conference calls and meetings; responds to queries; composes the more routine repetitive correspondence; assists customers and individuals making incoming calls; and provides administrative support to manager(s).
Responsible for the management of all clients’ products within the supply chain and to act as a point of contact between the distributors, business managers, sales force, and clients. These functions include but are not limited to inventory control, purchase orders, code dates, and pricing. Works with clients, business managers, distributors, sales force, and stores to ensure an efficient delivery system.
The Outside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for calling on independent stores to sell our products, present & get new items authorized, sell in promos, some merchandising. Follows our monthly priorities from the business managers for each client. Enter turnover orders for all stores visited so they can be forwarded to our distributors to be delivered. Help Coordinate store events such as anniversary sales, demos, new store openings, remodel expansions, etc with promotional selling/merch vehicles.

Acosta seeks to provide a rewarding opportunity to interns to develop technical, management and leadership skills outside of the classroom.

Interviewing and on campus recruiting takes place during scheduled campus events between Fall – Spring. Specific hiring locations post between January - May. Selected participants start work in June (*varies by office location).

The business analyst understands the stakeholders’ business requirements and business process management, and then translates them to requirements, while prioritizing, analyzing and documenting business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement/efficiency and negotiating agreements and commitments between business partners (internal and external), operations and IT from requirements gathering to implementation. BA’s work directly with stakeholders at various levels within the organization and with outside parties to research and identify operational business requirements with sufficient detail and clarity to allow staff to collaboratively develop the solution.
