The Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Partner, Executive Recruiter is an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team. will partner with the Senior Leadership to create Executive Recruiting Strategies that will enable us to proactively identify, engage with and select top Executives for current and future roles across the Enterprise, while creating a best-in-class candidate experience. The position will lead VP+ searches. You will manage end to end search efforts for highly visible executive requisitions across all Acosta business channels. The Remodel Area Supervisor is responsible for the management and development of a group of Retail Service Merchandisers/Lead Merchandisers, and for representing Acosta, our clients, and our customers by effectively supervising and managing remodel work. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, quick learner, has a strong attention to detail, and is effective at leading and managing a geographically distributed team. They must possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with business partners.
Must be able to travel and work in assigned location for a 4-week period.
