The Director is critical to the current and future growth and profitability of the Company. The Director Sales is recognized by both the Management Committee and his/her peers as a key contributor to the organization. He/she exhibits high proficiency in performance of responsibilities. The designation of Director requires Management Committee approval.
The Director is located in larger markets and has direct responsibility for the management of and development of a department of Business Managers and Account Managers aligned by retail categories or departments such as Grocery, Frozen Foods, HBC, Deli/Bakery, Confection, etc. The Director is also directly responsible to the General Manager for all sales functions with his/her department. In some instances, a Director may have responsibility for a particular customer team.
The IT Finance Application Support Manager must be a proven leader with a track record of successfully leading and coaching teams in delivering on-time results. Must be able to analyze complex problems, create workable solutions that meet business expectations. This position will be responsible for supporting the management, development, ongoing maintenance, and technical support for the company’s Finance solutions. The ability to coordinate and supervise several projects simultaneously is critical.

The Retail Manager is responsible for effectively managing and training Retail Coverage Merchandisers (RCM) in an assigned geography. Retail Managers will deliver strategic direction and vision on a day-to-day basis to RCMs to maximize sales opportunities for our clients. The Retail Manager will utilize Acosta’s systems and tools to maximize efficiency in scheduling and managing the retail selling team.
The Outside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for calling on independent stores to sell our products, present & get new items authorized, sell in promos, some merchandising. Follows our monthly priorities from the business managers for each client. Enter turnover orders for all stores visited so they can be forwarded to our distributors to be delivered. Help Coordinate store events such as anniversary sales, demos, new store openings, remodel expansions, etc with promotional selling/merch vehicles.

The Analyst role within Business Intelligence is responsible for providing category management/analytic support to assigned clients and customers. This includes generating data and insights in support of category management projects and initiatives (including but not limited to category reviews, new item presentations, scorecards, assortment/shelving and ad-hoc analytics).
This position will be responsible for processing and handling any claims that are incomplete or escalated for validation. This person will also be responsible for analyzing claims and making decisions about their validity. The position will be a communicator to internal and external business partners and a problem solver/agent for change to provide continuous improvements.
