The Senior Credit Manager should have CPG experience, extensive knowledge of Cash Flow Management, understand theOrder to Cash process, and experience managing a virtual team in this #hybrid role.
You will present credit risk recommendations in a concise and coherent manner for multiple business units and reporting structures. Also, establish and implement credit policies, while working with the business to address client-specific risk.
You will be responsible for mitigating Acosta’s exposure across all business channels, driving current targets, and implementing strategies to reduce past-due balances while reducing bad debt and monthly write-offs. Metrics will be reported monthly and annual goals established by the Sr. Manager for their direct reports based upon previous history and new business targets.
Your Key Contributions:
- Directand assist other team members with AR, collecting past due revenue by partnering with both the client and internal business members, meeting current goals, coordinating with and supplementing revenue audit efforts, and maintaining proper documentation of collection efforts.
- Trainand troubleshoot reporting issues for the team in Excel and Access, take the lead on productivity initiatives within the group, and be expected to effectively troubleshoot problems.
- Additional analysis related to clients may be required and projects will be on-going.
- Modeling in Access and Excel will be used to enhance and drive productivity in current processes.
The Business Manager work closely with the Director and Vice President, ADW vendors and customers’ personnel to increase sales. Under the direction of the Director, he/she executes the mutual business goals of ADW and assigned clients through aggressive selling, market research and new business development. The Business Manager will have financial accountability to an annual sales budget exceeding $25 million and will also be responsible for providing support functions related to sales.

The Inside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for calling on independent stores to sell our products, present & get new items authorized, sell in promos, some merchandising. Follows our monthly priorities from the business managers for each client. Enter turnover orders for all stores visited so they can be forwarded to our distributors to be delivered. Help Coordinate store events such as anniversary sales, demos, new store openings, remodel expansions, etc with promotional selling/merch vehicles.
