The Retail Manager is responsible for effectively managing and training Retail Coverage Merchandisers (RCM) in an assigned geography. Retail Managers will deliver strategic direction and vision on a day-to-day basis to RCMs to maximize sales opportunities for our clients. The Retail Manager will utilize Acosta’s systems and tools to maximize efficiency in scheduling and managing the retail selling team.
Responsible for the management of the assigned principals' business (division and/or geographic), within designated "customer accounts". Primary responsibility includes increasing sales and market share of the brands represented, while earning a profit for our manufacturers and Acosta.
Plan, design, implement, manage, upgrade, and monitor the organization’s security infrastructure according to best practices, while ensuring high levels of protection, data quality, and availability.

The Director is critical to the current and future growth and profitability of the Company. The Director Sales is recognized by both the Management Committee and his/her peers as a key contributor to the organization. He/she exhibits high proficiency in performance of responsibilities. The designation of Director requires Management Committee approval.

This role will partner with our valued client/customer, and the senior leadership team to lead compliance efforts, set performance expectations, and keep up to date knowledge with industry trends and standards while executing ongoing training initiatives, guidelines, and business plans.
This position is responsible for the in-house marketing, promotion and sale of consumer product goods in the Commissary facilities. Requires in depth knowledge of client’s brands and has the ability to convey path to purchase information to the customer. Incumbent is responsible for selling in promotions and utilizing POS materials and creativity to design and set up displays to positively impact sales volume for the products. Significant client, customer, and internal interactions that require good interpersonal skills and strong communication habits. Ability to effectively lead a team to meet objectives with basic computer and Microsoft office skills as an essential expectation. May be responsible for directing the work activities of Retail Coverage Merchandisers on the team.
