What is a Grocery Merchandiser?
A Grocery Merchandiser works within our clients stores to partner with our customer employees and grow brand awareness. The Fresh Foods Technician will be an “expert” in merchandising and setup of Fresh Foods and/or Bakery and/or Deli lines. You will also act as a lead by sharing your expertise and product knowledge with customer associates to become equipped to handle the intricacies of the department.
The Impact of a Grocery Merchandiser?
The Grocery Merchandiser is the face of Acosta for both the retailer and the client. You will directly impact sales by raising brand awareness, introducing new products into stores, increasing in store inventory & building relationships. You will also influence & educate store associates to help our client reach their fullest potential.
The Seasonal Recruiter will work on various clients across the United States. We are looking for go-getters that can combine an aggressive sales approach with a thorough understanding of the Internet, social media applications and technology. What is a Business Manager?
As Business Manager you will be working directly with our clients and retailers and have a deep understanding of the two. You will deliver solutions to their clients helping them achieve their goals by developing strategies to promote growth, strengthen relationships, and increase marketplace presence. You also coordinate with a group of individuals striving to achieve the same goals.
The Impact of a Business Manager?
The Business Manager is the face of Acosta for both the retailer and the client. You directly impact promotional strategies, sales, and managing relationships. Business Managers share expertise to help clients reach their fullest potential.
Calls on independent group (5-10 stores) or distributor that requires submitting new item and promotional paperwork to sell our products, present and get new items authorized, sell in promos, some merchandising. Follows our monthly priorities from the retail sales managers / business managers for each client. Enter turnover orders for all stores visited so they can be forwarded to our distributors to be delivered. Coordinate all store events such as anniversary sales, demos, new store openings, remodel expansions, etc.
New Hire Sign-On Bonus: $500.00
Do you enjoy working independently? Are you confident in selling & delivering results? Are you able to build relationships quickly with store leadership and associates alike? If so, this position may be a great fit for you. You will be responsible for influencing Danone products such as yogurt, creamer, and milk on each store call within the assigned territory. This position includes product merchandising, new item placement, display selling, and territory management (so a valid drives license is necessary). Travel and mileage reimbursements are included.

The Outside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for calling on independent stores to sell our products, present & get new items authorized, sell in promos, some merchandising. Follows our monthly priorities from the business managers for each client. Enter turnover orders for all stores visited so they can be forwarded to our distributors to be delivered. Help Coordinate store events such as anniversary sales, demos, new store openings, remodel expansions, etc with promotional selling/merch vehicles.

You will provide exceptional support and expertise to external customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen our services and capabilities including customer forms, data entry and reconciliation.

Acosta is currently seeking a professional working with our Customers (Major Retailers) within Fresh Operations to ensure maximum sales and profits by continuously evaluating, training, and communicating best practices and expectations.
This role will partner with our valued client/customer, and the senior leadership team to lead compliance efforts, set performance expectations, and keep up to date knowledge with industry trends and standards while executing ongoing training initiatives, guidelines, and business plans.
Do you have a background in Retail within Produce/Fresh Training and like to travel covering a territory?
