What is the Impact of a Meat & Seafood Market Trainer?
The Meat & Seafood Market Trainer is the face of Acosta for both the retailer and the client. You will directly impact sales and profits by continuously evaluating, training, influencing, & communicating best practices and expectations with members of the Meat/Deli & Seafood department.
As an integral part of the business team, the Assistant Business Manager will provide exceptional support and expertise to external customers. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen our services and capabilities with customer support including customer forms, data entry and reconciliation.
This is a remote position, work from home anywhere in the United States.

You will provide analysis along with recommendations for the implementation of replenishment initiatives and strategies to optimize supply chain efficiencies at Walmart Stores, Inc.

The Outside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for calling on independent stores to sell our products, present & get new items authorized, sell in promos, some merchandising. Follows our monthly priorities from the business managers for each client. Enter turnover orders for all stores visited so they can be forwarded to our distributors to be delivered. Help Coordinate store events such as anniversary sales, demos, new store openings, remodel expansions, etc with promotional selling/merch vehicles.

The Business Manager work closely with the Director and Vice President, ADW vendors and customers’ personnel to increase sales. Under the direction of the Director, he/she executes the mutual business goals of ADW and assigned clients through aggressive selling, market research and new business development. The Business Manager will have financial accountability to an annual sales budget exceeding $25 million and will also be responsible for providing support functions related to sales.

The Retail Merchandiser provides retail sales merchandising coverage and coverage of retail special projects for an assigned retail territory. They are responsible for representing ACOSTA and our principals through store coverage and executing objectives as set forth by their Manager to achieve superior in-store results in an assigned territory. Point of sale interaction is required and the ability to significantly and positively impact sales volume of the assigned product as a result.
