You will perform a valuable role in supporting the category advisor team and building a strong partnership with Kraft Heinz by providing merchandising solutions and decision support that drive growth for the business.

Responsible for the management of the assigned principals' business (division and/or geographic), within designated "customer accounts". Primary responsibility includes increasing sales and market share of the brands represented, while earning a profit for our manufacturers and Acosta.
The Business Manager work closely with the Director and Vice President, ADW vendors and customers’ personnel to increase sales. Under the direction of the Director, he/she executes the mutual business goals of ADW and assigned clients through aggressive selling, market research and new business development. The Business Manager will have financial accountability to an annual sales budget exceeding $25 million and will also be responsible for providing support functions related to sales.
The Oracle EPM Systems Analyst will support the Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud (ePBCS) environment at Acosta. This includes support in the use, design, development, configuration, and testing of ePBCS modules as well as the integration and the capabilities that support the Financial Planning and Budgeting functions.. The analyst will provide support in maximizing the value of ePBCS by identifying and recommending functional and technological solutions to improve business processes, enhance Planning and Budgeting functionality and meet internal and external reporting requirements while providing products and end user support.
- Be the Business/SME liaison back to the business leadership or IT Staff to influence, manage change, and educate for priority setting to ensure business commitments and objectives are met.
- Lead cross-functional work sessions with both the business and IT customers to capture stakeholder needs and required system requirements/features.
- Collaborate with PM’s in creating the Project Charter, SLA’s and Statements of Work.
- Partners with the cross functional IT teams to identify resources required to accomplish the goals and objectives of the project.
- Evaluate the impact of potential software and process changes on the organization.
- Lead development, documentation, and analysis of detailed functional and/or technical requirements
- Lead the development of system solution design for existing and new capabilities using a thorough understanding of business process and requirements as well as system capabilities and architecture.
- Lead the creation of integration mapping documents for application integration and working with Integration developers to bring it to fruition.
- Lead and/or assist Quality Assurance with development of testing criteria.
- Lead small to medium projects/change initiatives with Business, Vendors, and IT
- Work closely with PMs in multi-departmental large and complex projects and change initiatives.
- Initiate problem analysis, explore solutions, prepare, and present information.
- Provide hyper care support and post implementation monitoring during initial rollout.
- Support production activities such as:
- Triage, troubleshooting.
- Vendor management
- Data analysis (e.g., SQL / data analysis)
- Product and compliance requests.
- Conduct system demonstrations and training sessions, as well as participate in design/review of training content.
- Assist and mentor Business System Analyst I & II positions.
