The IT Applications Manager is an information technology (IT) professional who leads a team that identifies, implements, and supports software solutions to optimize business operations. You will collaborate with the business to ensure that the software solutions you manage align with the company’s operational goals, help drive desirable business outcomes and improve operational efficiency. As an application manager, you and your team are responsible for the procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications. Your duties include creating processes and protocols for software systems, managing server and computer upgrades, and troubleshooting problems. You will be looked upon to be a thought leader driving and influencing technology designs that align with IT enterprise architecture.

This position is responsible for the training and development of customer employees to include but not limited to, adherence to plan-o-grams, building of displays, resets and remodels, design, production and decoration of product. The incumbent in this position has excellent product knowledge and is viewed within Acosta and by the customer and client as the "expert" in procedures and setup of Fresh Foods and/or Bakery and/or Deli lines. The incumbent may work and travel independently and visit stores as assigned to ensure customer requirements are met. In this capacity, the incumbent is the Acosta professional who represents the company in ensuring questions are answered and acts as the lead in training customer associates to become equipped to handle the intricacies of the department.
Systems Engineer II is responsible for overall support, operation, backup, and recovery of all Microsoft Windows based servers and server applications, Office 365 and Azure. This position is also responsible for Application Support as it relates to the Operating System.

Calls on independent group (5-10 stores) or distributor that requires submitting new item and promotional paperwork to sell our products, present and get new items authorized, sell in promos, some merchandising. Follows our monthly priorities from the retail sales managers / business managers for each client. Enter turnover orders for all stores visited so they can be forwarded to our distributors to be delivered. Coordinate all store events such as anniversary sales, demos, new store openings, remodel expansions, etc.
This position is responsible for building and maintaining replenishment and supply chain related relationships with specific customers and/or clients. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to effectively influence key stakeholders to gain support for replenishment strategies to enhance product availability for Acosta clients at all levels.

Responsible for the supervision of the Sales Support tasks of an assigned team.

The Retail District Manager is responsible for the management and development of a group of Retail Coverage Merchandisers/Lead Merchandisers. They are responsible for representing the company, our clients, and our customers by effectively supervising and managing RCM work. This includes retail store coverage, set coverage, or coverage of special projects, and executing objectives as set forth by the principal, Business Manager, or the Sales Manager to achieve superior in-store results in assigned territories or stores.
