As an integral part of the business team, the Assistant Business Manager will provide exceptional support and expertise to external customers. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen our services and capabilities with customer support including customer forms, data entry and reconciliation.
Manages and organizes financial information in a manner that allows business leaders to make well informed decisions. Success is measured by the demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, monitor, and recommend strategic actions that will benefit the Company’s profitability.
The Outside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for calling on independent stores to sell our products, present & get new items authorized, sell in promos, some merchandising. Follows our monthly priorities from the business managers for each client. Enter turnover orders for all stores visited so they can be forwarded to our distributors to be delivered. Help Coordinate store events such as anniversary sales, demos, new store openings, remodel expansions, etc with promotional selling/merch vehicles.

Working both independently and in collaboration with the broader payroll team, process high volume payroll for multiple FEIN’s, in 50 states and supporting all US Territories.
Responsibilities include entering payroll information for time and attendance, taxes, deductions, and payroll adjustments. Ensure compliance of federal, state, and local taxes. Verify that associates are set up appropriately so that regulatory requirements are met. Ensure accurate and timely payroll transmissions and conduct periodic data audits.
The Sr. Account Director primary role is to lead and manage a client’s business from planning to execution. The Sr. Account Director will manage the day-to-day internal team and client relationships, oversee the strategy, creative development and financials of all projects, while fostering a climate of respect and collaboration internally and externally.

Responsible for the management of the assigned principals' business (division and/or geographic), within designated "customer accounts". Primary responsibility includes increasing sales and market share of the brands represented, while earning a profit for our manufacturers and Acosta.
The Business Manager work closely with the Director and Vice President, ADW vendors and customers’ personnel to increase sales. Under the direction of the Director, he/she executes the mutual business goals of ADW and assigned clients through aggressive selling, market research and new business development. The Business Manager will have financial accountability to an annual sales budget exceeding $25 million and will also be responsible for providing support functions related to sales.
This is a remote (work-from-home) position; Preferably in the East/Central time zones.
You will focus on providing insights regarding retail opportunities and industry trends to help support business initiatives.
Collaborate effectively with other team members, share new and exciting discoveries related to process improvements & adapt to quickly changing priorities.
As part of the sales organization aids on all sales responsibilities, manages smaller clients' responsibilities, and supports e-commerce and retail services activities. This position assists the Business Manager in executing the mutual business goals of Acosta and assigned clients.
