The HRIS Manager must be a proven leader with a track record of successfully leading and coaching teams in delivering on-time results. Must be able to analyze complex problems, create workable solutions that meet business expectations. This position will be responsible for supporting the management, development, ongoing maintenance, and technical support for the company’s Talent Management solutions. The ability to coordinate and supervise several projects simultaneously is critical.

Essential Functions:

  • Supervise daily activities of the team to guarantee that all work is completed timely with attention to detail to meet quality standards and goals.
  • Work closely with project teams on customer-specific initiatives that involve changes and/or enhancements to the Workforce Management or Payroll systems.
  • Solve complex technical and or data related issues.
  • Assist team members in troubleshooting technical issues related to data flow and integrations.
  • Function as a consultant and business partner with other groups internally and externally.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Graduate Degree

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Certified in Oracle HCM Cloud – Talent Management: Performance Management, Career Development, Learning, and Succession Planning
  • Experience and SME level knowledge of the HR processes associated with each of the Oracle components above
  • 5-8 years’ experience in HR Systems, showing consistent increase in responsibility
  • 1-3 years of prior management experience, leading HRIS teams, is preferred
  • 4+ years’ data analyst and data mining
  • 4+ years’ experience using multiple SDLC methodologies such as: Waterfall, Agile, KANBAN, RAD, and JAD
  • 4+ years’ working with Workforce Management, Payroll, and HR data
  • 2+ years’ experience as a solutions architect

Nice to have:

  • Experience in other Performance Management solutions such as Success Factors
  • Experience in other Learning Management Solutions such as: Pulse, Skillsoft, Learn Upon
