Business Analyst (Tableau)

This is a Remote (work from home) position, reporting to the Digital Analytics Analyst on the E-commerce & Digital Marketing team, supporting Whirlpool.

We will leverage your Tableau visualization experience to build, publish & maintain analytics reports, conduct recurring web reporting to monitor and drive KPIs, and proactively develop site performance reports and analysis, highlighting observations and business context to deliver actionable recommendations.

Overall, quickly learn and understand the objectives of our program and its impact on the business. Critical thinking and hands-on keyboard experience with data and data platforms are a must. The candidate must be a highly motivated, positive, organized self-starter who can work well with a variety of tasks and adapt quickly to different business needs and projects.

Essential Functions:

• Manage process and requirement documents for current and future Dashboards
• Data quality & consistency across all reports
• Own and responsible for quality & consistency of data sourced from all data sources, including SAP / HANA.
• Key Point of Contact for all SAP / HANA requests & data related questions for DDM team
• Partner closely with BU & Disciplines to understand requirements, deliver dashboards
• Conduct training to internal team showing best practices on Tableau dashboard
• Partners closely with the SAP and GIS Team

Education Requirements:

• Very strong Excel skills. Experience with Tableau. Degree preferred

Work Experience Requirements:

• 4+ years experience with web analytics (Adobe Analytics, Tableau)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

• Experience working with digital data (web analytics, digital marketing) data is a must-have
• Experience in marketing data analysis and data debrief (i.e. media) - ability to create reports/dashboards
• 4+ years experience with Tableau
