Overview

The Seasonal Recruiter will work on various clients across the United States. We are looking for go-getters that can combine an aggressive sales approach with a thorough understanding of the Internet, social media applications and technology.  The ideal candidate possesses a strong desire to succeed in a fun, lively, fast-paced and ever changing atmosphere!

Responsibilities

  • High productivity will be expected and required in order to work effectively in this dynamic environment
  • Proficient with Internet search engines & social networking
  • Tech-savvy and enjoys working with interactive technology gadgets
  • Enjoys finding creating ways to connect with target talent
  • Enjoys talking to new people - Not afraid to cold-call

Qualifications

  • One year+ recruiting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
  • Retail sales, call center, customer service or outside sales experience desired
  • Event or promotions agency experience a plus
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic and energetic
  • Highly articulate, accurate and attentive-to-detail
  • Goal-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Strong networking abilities
  • Working knowledge of email and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a sales-minded personality to effectively develop collaborative relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates
