    We are a company of exceptional people who work with major consumer brands (CPG). Our Fresh Operations Directors take pride our clients and customers and work diligently to increase the market share of the brands we represent.  Fresh Operations Directors are responsible for providing up-to-date expertise to the Fresh Operations team to support financial and operational support to the market.


    Qualified candidates must have experience in meat, Food Service (service deli /club café), produce and/or bakery categories.  In addition, we are seeking self-motivated, passionate professionals who have the following experience profile:


    • Develop relationships with the customer to serve as the primary point of contact for the client.
    • Lead, manage and support implementation of business solutions to ensure objectives of our clients are met.
    • Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in the specified area in order to develop and execute fresh merchandising plans.
    • Create goals that support strategic visions of the organization, client and customer.
    • Develop and sell client business plans by utilizing the knowledge of the customer, the market and the client.
    • Continually communicate with client, customer and Fresh Operations team to ensure execution of plans and communicate improvement opportunities.
    • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of our clients' strategies, selling programs, and initiatives.
    • Other duties as assigned


    • 5+ years of experience of retail related to meat, service deli /club café, produce and/or bakery categories.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Ability to work independently and autonomously.
    • Ability to engage and influence teams.
    • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, have consistent follow-through and be organized.
    • Must have strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis.
    • Must have a valid driver’s license.
    • Must be willing to travel up to 75%.
    • Must be willing to work non-traditional hours, including weekends.
    • Certification in Food Safety preferred.
