The Center of Excellence Specialist is a support role. This person will provide the local markets and channels with retail support, training and guidance on NARS, APL, Content locker, Retail iQubed administration, and Retail Resource Center.
This position will be responsible for meeting goals for productivity and compliance based on the metrics established by management; collaborate with peers, market representative, and channels to identify inefficiencies and submit recommendations to team; lead to improve inefficiencies as well as maintain and enforce published retail system processes.
