The Field Sales and Strategy Director, IGNITE will work collaboratively with the CEO and Head of Sales for the client to gain and manage distribution to ensure long term brand success while subsequently driving sales and profitable volume at the retailers in which they manage. Candidate must have experience making HQ visits/calls and have experience working with PUBLIX.
The Field Director is responsible for managing the strategic direction of the clients’ brand in their respective region, being the “expert” for the retailers in which they manage. This includes the development of the strategic trade plan and the management of the plan for the client and providing oversight to the IGNITE BDT in terms of on-going analysis and review.
They work closely with the CEO and Head to build retailer specific strategies that accomplish the client and retailers objectives.
The Field Director will develop strategic plans against the retailers in their region in order to deliver revenue and profit expectations for the clients.
This position oversees the Acosta broker and provides leadership, direction and management for the Acosta broker business teams
The Field Director (Regional Business Development) serves as the lead for a specified region - retailer(s) – for benefit of one or more manufacturers. The Field Sales & Strategy Director is focused on the creation of long term value, and delivering short term results (both volume and financial) found through customers, markets and relationships.
