The Learning Services Consultant has responsibility for the development and delivery of learning programs, processes and environments that enhance performance across Acosta associates and has direct focus on client, customer and Acosta partner programs. The incumbent provides Instructional Systems Design, Organizational Development and day-to-day delivery of learning throughout a fast-paced Sales and Marketing organization. This role builds and sustains effective long term relationships with business partners, customers, and clients to identify behavior and performance gaps and to recommend and implement appropriate learning and development solutions. 30-50% travel required to conduct training at client locations within the US, Canada, and International (minimal). This role works closely with the Learning Development team to collaborate, design and deliver learning content utilizing internal/external resources.
