The Sales Support Representative (SSR) is an entry level position which is focused on providing support to the Business Managers and Associate Business Managers.
The SSR must have at least two years of work experience, international shipping experience and a college degree is a plus. In addition, the SSR must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, have good follow through, possess critical thinking aptitude, be well organized, detail oriented, successfully work on several projects at the same time, and have demonstrated initiative. Bi-lingual skills including Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin Chinese are a plus.
SSRs will work closely with Pacific Rim Region Business Managers (BMs), Associate Business Managers (ABMs) and Costco International personnel on a regular basis. This position is a go-to position for the BM/ABM staff so the job responsibilities may change depending on specific circumstances as the business continues to evolve. Experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
