Responsible for the complete management and oversight of a predetermined number of National Client Insight Managers and additionally hold individual NCIM role responsibilities.
Director, National Client Insights is the one point of contact, within marketing, nationally for client(s) within the category/categories assigned. The Sr. NCIM is to continiously be in contact with the assigned client(s) with the ultimate goal of delivery increased client value.
Responsible to engage with client(s) at all levels of leadership to provide all necessary support in the areas of information reporting, analytics, shopper insight and other related marketing services offered by Acosta.
Engage with client(s) to fully understand their needs and requirements and to devise a solution proposal which would meet client(s) expectation. This role needs to represent the best Acosta Marketing Services have to offer and also be the voice of client to Acosta to assure their needs will be met.
Partner with CSD, and Sr. Management to establish Analytic Process to create account specific MBO’s, communicate to markets, scorecard execution, and refine priorities. Continually seeking to add more services for Analytics and Space Technology by developing productive working relationships with cross functional groups within Client.
Provide Proactive, Diagnostic, Insightful and Prescriptive fact based analysis and recommendations around specific client business issues surrounding, but not limited to, the 4 P’s of Marketing
Create and present impactful, insight driven analytical consulting based on client business strategies and/or issues to key Acosta team members and client partners on ongoing basis. Presentations will require the use and dissemination of category, consumer and shopper insights data.
Partner with Acosta Insights team to help identify opportunities for further Acosta Marketing Services penetration.
Responsible for helping to disseminate relevant consumer insights, competitive responses, and new item/category selling modules to local markets.
Proactively develop and nurture relationships with assigned client(s) and respond to their strategic needs through insight creation and delivery.
Works to insure the client has constant visibility to changing capabilities, tools and resources available within the Acosta organization and insures we are levering those to insure productive return on the business.
Coordinate proactive ‘best in class’ knowledge sharing amongst Client Insight Manager Team.
Responsible for training, developing, supervising and evaluating Client Insight Managers within assigned teams while striving to increase both the knowledge base and quality of insights produced by direct reports.
Foster an environment where creative, proactive and insightful behavior is delivered to client(s) consistently.
Partner with Client Service Directors to further penetrate key client stakeholders to drive incremental revenue opportunities for Acosta Marketing Services.
Be an advocate for Acosta Insights products and solutions based upon client need.
Work with client stakeholders to measure value creation by Client Insight Manager team.
Be a passionate organizational advocate for Acosta both internally and externally
