The Talent Sourcing Specialist will find qualified candidates through online and over the phone sourcing techniques. They will pre-qualify candidates and then send them over to the recruiter working the open position.
Post all open jobs to increase candidate flow
Pre-screen candidate resumes to determine if they should be considered for an interview
Create and maintain social media sourcing accounts
Do light phone screens to qualify candidates
Set up Hirevue’s for recruiters to view
Send daily reports listing how many candidates were sent over to the recruiter
Source for all open positions
Other duties as assigned.
1+ years’ experience sourcing online and over the phone
Experience using Microsoft Office and Office 365
Experience using Social Media for recruiting
Experience doing light phone screens to qualify candidates.
Ability to create talent pools to ensure they can harvest the right talent quickly
Ability to communicate clearly verbally and written
