    We are currently looking for a Field Sales Manager ­­­­­­­­­­­­to join our innovative, growing company.


    The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales. Activities to maximize sales include building brand awareness and advocacy with both retail sales personnel and consumers, and reporting on competitive products, promotions and services. 


    This individual will oversee and manage all aspects of a program related to Field Personnel and the Operational components behind it. This would include but not limited to: onboarding and training field personnel, performance managing and development of field personnel, creating and maintaining personnel records to include sales performance, in-store behavioral assessment, administering any necessary counseling/corrective action and monitoring reporting and training compliance.


    The Field Sales Manager will:

    • Ensure all program initiatives (weekly and ongoing) are executed flawlessly

    • Be responsible for administrative maintenance of scheduling, reporting, etc.

    • Demonstrate effective decision-making skills and the ability to reason and take action in resolving problems while exhibiting professional sound judgment

    • Demonstrate effective leadership skills and the ability to motivate retail teams to achieve program goals and objectives

    • Provide hands-on training to Sales Reps

    • Will be responsible for working directly with the retailers and carriers in the marketplace to ensure training and event compliance.

    • Perform in-store merchandising

    • Conduct consumer facing activities

    • Gather market and competitive insights

    • Other duties as assigned


    Experience & Skills Required:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred

    • 3+ years of experience implementing integrated training programs and retail sales management OR any similar combination of education & experience

    • Consumer electronics or wireless experience is a plus

    • Excellent relationship building skills; proven success in senior level relationship, building, development and management

    • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and prioritization of tasks

    • Experience developing, tracking and monitoring cross-functional processes

    • Ability to proactively determine client-based and internal needs and present solutions

    • Project management experience ideal - multi-faceted complex modeling and process management

    • Previous experience of at least 3-5 years with leading, managing, guiding and developing direct reports

    • Passionate about technology, with a good knowledge of wireless phones and related products

    • Strong communication skills with regards to training, presenting, and networking.

    • Group presentation skills are a must (presenting and selling a product will be a requirement in the interview process)

    • Candidate needs to be a good listener. They need to be able to understand the needs of different types of Sales Reps and consumers they will encounter. (Knowledge of different learning styles is beneficial.)

    • Comfortable educating and sharing product feature and benefit information with customers and retail associates/agents regularly

    • Ability to be well organized in order to deal with significant number of "odds and ends" to maintain.

    • Strong time management skills. Constantly managing a variety of responsibilities in a small amount of time

    • Exhibit an energetic and enthusiastic attitude and tremendous interpersonal communication skills

    • Regular physical activity may be required, e.g., setting up promotional material

    • Success in meeting performance goals with a burning desire to be the best

    • Outgoing professional personality with the ability to build relationships quickly

    • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Must reside in a centrally-located area close to the assigned territory

    • Available up to 25% travel & possess a reliable automobile for driving

    • Must have a valid driver’s license

    • This position requires that you drive on behalf of Mosaic, and as such, any DUI/DWI conviction in the past 36 months will be an immediate disqualifier for this position

    • Work week is Thursday - Monday, flexible work hours (some evenings required) as our business is retail driven
