    The Senior Marketing Communications Manager will implement and manage the corporate branding, marketing and communications plans to maximize brand exposure, strengthen brand equity, align with the brand marketing objectives and strategies, and maintain consistency with corporate messaging as well as divisional and business unit positioning and messaging. Other assignments will include developing and implementing marketing and communication plans for internal business clients, directing corporate events, and tracking project and brand performance.


    • Lead the external communications strategy for external channels including, but not limited to:
      • Digital platforms: Web, SEO and Social Media
      • Marketing collateral
      • Digital Asset Management System
      • Video
    • Ensure the implementation of corporate marketing, communications and branding projects to:
      • Maximize brand exposure
      • Strengthen brand equity
      • Align with the brand marketing objectives and strategies
      • Maintain consistency with corporate messaging as well as divisional and business unit positioning and messaging
    • Manage advertising engagements
      • Corporate advertising
      • Department, division or regional advertising
      • Community advertising
    • Oversee meeting content and management for client facing events.
    • Establish metrics to monitor and assess marketing project results and brand awareness.
    • Communications contact to: Acosta Solutions, Business Development, Business Intelligence and Client Development Teams.
      • Act as a consultative partner to the business in developing marketing & communications strategies aligned with corporate messaging
      • Creation of communication plan, message and tactics for special projects.
      • Review and assist with the creation of organizational and business announcements
      • Provide advertising and marketing collateral support (e.g., brochures, fliers, event materials, newsletters, video, photography, etc.)
    • Oversee industry affairs.
    • Other Duties as assigned



    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business or related field.
    • 7-10 years management experience.
    • Experience in staff, project and budget management.
    • Consumer Package Goods (CPG) experience preferred.
    • Strong marketing and communications background.
    • Strong written and verbal skills.
    • Equally adept at relating to employees in the field and giving counsel to senior corporate executives.
    • Strategic thinker.
    • Ability to juggle multiple activities, prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
    • Proactive mindset; a self-starter
    • Highly organized with an attention to detail.
    • Team player.
    • Ability to maintain discretion/confidentiality at all times.
