This position supports regional management and associates in administrative duties as well as training and growth.  This position will also provide administrative management of certain facilities as well as performing accounts payable and ensuring collection of accounts receivables.  


  • Lead with Acosta Culture as a guide, promote strong associate engagement and empowerment, and embrace change with a positive attitude.
  • Attend and support on-site training. Assist in the administration and education of Acosta policies and procedures to include Atlas, Concur,CRS, Workman’s Comp, Benefits, New Hire Orientation and paperwork as well as EBi checks.
  • Provide administrative assistance to management as needed to include: performing logistical work for conventions and seminars; reconciliation of event funding prior to fiscal year end; and meeting deadlines as indicated per project.
  • Provide information reports in a timely manner.
  • Manage revenues by ensuring collections for both client’s commissions and accounts receivables for Acosta, including entering invoices into Sharepoint. Verify accuracy of distribution among profit centers. Manage expenses to include: Identify low cost travel arrangements; Manage supplies; Perform accounts payable.
  • Perform accounts payable and service and repair management of Off-site warehouse.
  • Schedule and participate in Town Hall meetings.
  • Responsible for facility operations to include landlord contact and mailroom/lobby management.
  • Manage warehouses to include verifying cost savings and ensuring no disruption in services due to absent associates.
  • Identify associates to groom for management positions.
  • Determine essential functions for Customer Service and Claims, assign weighting / scoring to each, and reflect in PRM score.


  • Prior experience as an Office Manager is strongly preferred. Prior supervisor experience in sales administration with a CPG company will also be considered.
  • Proven management experience in supervising a clerical or administrative staff.
  • Prior experience must demonstrate the ability to successfully manage a wide variety of administrative tasks.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, organization and administrative skills. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and must be able to make an effective and professional presentation. Must present a professional image and be able to represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with others. Must be able to operate a calculator, computer, printer, fax machine, telephone, copier, shredder, paper cutter and postage machine.
  • Must have prior successful experience utilizing a variety of PC software packages including MS Word,
  • Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus, Harvard Graphics, and Windows.
