This position is responsible for the training and development of customer employees to include but not limited to, adherence to plan-o-grams, building of displays, resets and remodels, design, production and decoration of product. The incumbent in this position has excellent product knowledge and is viewed within Acosta and by the customer and client as the “expert” in procedures, and setup of Fresh Foods and/or Bakery and/or Deli lines. The incumbent must have the expertise in development of a Corporate Playbook for new product launches. The incumbent may work and travel independently and visit stores as assigned to ensure customer requirements are met. In this capacity, the incumbent is the Acosta professional who represents the company in ensuring questions are answered and acts as the lead in training customer associates to become equipped to handle the intricacies of the department.
