We are currently looking for an Measurements and Insights Analyst to join our innovative, growing company.

As a member of the Insights & Strategy team our candidate must have a strong background in analytics including data relationships, specifically sales data, data mining and quantitative analytics. The focus of the role will be measurement and ROI analysis of Assisted Sales and Training business. Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to prioritize work is a must. 



The Measurements and Insights Analyst will:

  • Setup our infield programs with measurement plans consisting of selecting KPIs, setting targets, defining measurement methodologies and reporting cadence.
  • Apply statistical and data mining techniques to understand retailers, marketplace dynamics, consumer attitude and behavior changes translating into opportunities for the business
  • Take data to actionable decision points that transfer to the real world and align to our clients business objectives
  • Analyze and populate standardized real time reporting, with complete transparency
  • Identify and quantify opportunities for automated process enhancements and improvements
  • Identify automation needs and propose solutions based on customer service issues



  • Bachelor Degree in Analystics, Data Science, Mathematics, Business, Statistics, and/or related area
  • 1-2 years’ experience working in marketing/sales analytics, statistics, business analytics, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Exposure to data visualization and analysis tools – Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or Jupyter
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems with little or no direction
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to identify opportunities and experience making business decisions based on findings
  • Highly organized, capable of independently managing multiple projects and competing tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work
  • Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned
  • Ability to develop and manage effective working relationships with business leadership and across departments
