The Learning Development Specialist is a member of the Foodservices team and has responsibility for the design, development, delivery, maintenance, and quality of training and learning programs for both internal and client training with specific focus on foodservice curriculum. This role builds and sustains effective long term relationships with business partners across the organization to identify behavior and performance gaps, and to recommend and implement appropriate learning and development solutions. In addition, this role evaluates the effectiveness of learning content and programs, and informs the business partners of gaps in information and direction for future improvements. Applying a global lens and digital mindset to training strategies is essential to this role. Travel may be required within the United States and Canada.
