Overview

The Marketing Associate Manager will be responsible for effectively positioning FrontLine’s “products” to the marketplace and developing the programs and communication materials that promote FrontLine Marketing to its clients (CPG companies) and customers (retail partners).  The Marketing Associate Manager will support the marketing team with planning, developing and executing marketing ideas, programs and communication initiatives. In addition, the Marketing Associate Manager will effectively interface with cross-functional teams (client sales, retail sales, sales operations and production) and respond to day-to-day business developments that require marketing in-put

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the development of 'selling' materials supporting each of our programs as they relate to both our client and retail customers (i.e. sell sheets, capabilities, presentations)
  • Working with the Marketing VP will actively manage FrontLine's Digital Marketing assets including website content, LinkedIn postings, digital media program execution, 'PR', etc
  • Plan and execute conference and tradeshow events, including planning for marketing communications pieces, budget, and exhibit logistics
  • Manage creative approval process for both Ahold and Kroger PDN programs - including working internally with traffic, production and creative timelines AND seeking approval from retail clients
  • Contribute to creative ideation and conception sessions with cross-functional teams to develop new ideas and solutions that can help drive the FrontLine Marketing business forward with exceptional execution
  • Update and maintain knowledge base/research library for industry and product news, consumer/shopper trends and statistics that can be used in sales presentations
  • Organize and maintain the shared drive (EZ Access) to enable team members to quickly locate most current materials

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 3 - 5 or more years’ experience in developing and executing marketing programs, designing promotional materials and handling multiple projects
  • 2 or more years of management experience
  • Experience in implementing or executing marketing initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic and creative campaign development
  • Self-motivated; self-starter; strong project leader
  • Team oriented with the ability to multi-task, and with exceptional organizational skills
  • With ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and demands simultaneously
  • Knowledge and understanding of core advertising and marketing functions
  • Proven analytical ability with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to be an assertive team player with strong sense of urgency
  • Proficiency with computers including in-depth knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
  • Very familiar with functional aspects of social media and internet search.
