Overview

The HR Reporting Analyst will serve as the primary contact for all reporting-related support across multiple Talent and Learning Management System (LMS) platforms. They will create and maintain a library of robust reports, develop data-driven insights, automate manual reports, and partner with key stakeholders to drive reporting improvements. The HR Reporting Analyst collects and reconciles monthly charges for payment in a timely fashion. This position manages the LMS invoice chargeback and resolution process which includes analyzing, research, resolving, and allocating charges appropriately for billing to internal client teams for LMS services.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with leaders and business partners to understand objectives, gather requirements, develop and execute a comprehensive library of Talent Management and LMS reports
  • Automate, standardize, schedule and publish key reports to help the business with data and insights
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative, result oriented working relationship with internal and external partners
  • Develop standard and ad-hoc reports as requested based on business needs and requirements
  • Identify data issues that may impact analysis and recommend other options to the end user
  • Identify and minimize billing issues by demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and accurate allocations
  • Ensure SOPs and process flow documentation is always current and update to date
  • Identify opportunities to leverage new system features and/or improve the process; prioritizes projects and HR roadmap
  • Monitor report effectiveness to ensure optimal value to the business in a regular cadence
  • Provide training on dashboard reports and the reporting tool
  • Research and reconcile charges by working with client team partners and internal accounting teams
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for all system reports inclusive of troubleshooting and daily maintenance

Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of experience in data analysis and reporting
  • 3 or more years of experience in Human Resources
  • 3 or more years of experience working with HRIS and LMS systems
  • Proven ability to analyze, interpret, apply and communicate (oral and written) data insights
  • Organization skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple projects in an environment with competing and sometime ambiguous demands Scenario testing and creation
  • Strong consulting skills including proven ability to build strong working relationships across internal and external teams
  • Effective communication (verbal and written), influencing and negotiating skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office products (intermediate skill level in Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
  • Quick learner with a passion to evaluate workflows and tools, and to improve and simplify processes
  • Ability to work in a changing environment with minimum supervision, make independent decisions and work within a team environment
